Community guidelines
This platform exists because people looking for spiritual guidance are easy to exploit, and most places online do nothing about it. These rules are the whole reason the space is worth being in. They are enforced.
1. No medical claims. None.
Nobody here may claim to cure, treat, or prevent any illness or condition. Not cancer, not diabetes, not infertility, not depression. Nobody may tell another member to stop or delay medical treatment.
This is not caution for its own sake. In India, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 restricts exactly this kind of claim. Posts containing cure language are flagged automatically and removed on review. Repeat offences end the account.
2. Nothing sexual, nothing coercive
Tantra in particular attracts people misrepresenting the tradition to solicit sexual contact. There is no version of that which is acceptable here. No sexual content, no offers of intimate ritual, no pressure of any kind. This is a permanent ban, first offence, no appeal.
3. Do not sell fear
No telling people they are cursed, possessed, or doomed by a transit, and then offering to fix it for a fee. No pressure to buy gemstones, yantras, or remedial rituals. If your practice depends on frightening someone first, it does not belong here.
4. Say where your knowledge comes from
Teaching posts should name a lineage, a teacher, or a text. "I read this somewhere" is fine as long as you say so. Presenting inherited tradition as personal revelation, or personal opinion as scripture, is what makes this field untrustworthy.
5. When someone is in distress
People sometimes arrive here in real crisis — psychological difficulty during intense practice is well documented and it is not always spiritual. Do not diagnose them. Do not tell them to practise harder. Point them toward qualified help and tell a moderator.
What the verified badge means
A verified practitioner has had their identity, training, and references checked by a reviewer. It means we believe they are who they say they are and have trained where they say they trained.
It is not a guarantee of results, an endorsement of their tradition, or a medical credential. Verification can be withdrawn.
Reporting
Every post and reply has a Report button. Reports go to a human queue. Reporting something is never held against you, and being reported is not by itself a mark against you — a reviewer reads it first.
