Dinacharya without the rigidity
The classical daily routine assumes a life most of us do not have — no commute, no shift work, no phone.
What I keep after years of trying: wake before sunrise, warm water first, eat the largest meal at midday, stop eating three hours before sleep. Those four survive contact with a modern schedule.
What I let go: exact timings to the minute, and the guilt when it slips.
